Pharmacovigilance/Safety Information

Genzyme maintains a worldwide database of adverse events that have occurred in patients receiving Fabrazyme® enzyme replacement therapy.

Please promptly report all adverse events (infusion-related or otherwise) by completing an Adverse Event Form and fax it to +32 2 714 17 07.

You can also call Genzyme Belgium at +32 2 714 17 11 or e-mail us.
